Thift Shopping

Hi. Sorry I haven't posted lately. I try to post at least once a week. Over the July 4th weekend I spent it with my boyfriend in Hemet California near Temecula. We went out to eat a couple of times, watched movies, TV, played some XBox, and Jenga that I lost a few times! We also drew. I'm going to enter a logo contest for a meetup I joined. I found it through meetup.com. I joined the OC Belly Dance Meetup. The organizer is having a logo contest and whoever wins their logo becomes the official logo that will be used for merchandise. Give me good luck, I have a few more days till I enter. I just got back home from Hemet and over the past two days I went thift shopping. It was extremely hot there and once I went home it was the same. I bought three items that I'm really excited about. I can't wait till I wear them. I bought a black blouse, a beaded skirt that can also be worn as a coverup, and a blue velvet vest. Here are some pictures along with the pricing and my trip to downtom Hemet.

The shoes and the purse were a perfect match. It looked really nice inside. Too bad this store closes Mondays, be back.

Blouse: Zara $4.99

Skirt: Unknown label $4.99

Look at the detail in the skirt, good job to whoever made it.

Vest: Front, unknown label, maybe made in the middle east somewhere, $4.31

Vest: Back

It was time for me to go back home.

I'm loving the vest. It has that great ethnic vibe to it.

And good luck with the logo!

Amazing finds!

I hate it when stores are closed on Mondays, but I guess the shop owners have to take a break a some point!

i dont think the blue skirt is a skirt, coz in the phils. we have something that looks just like that but its worn like a poncho/capelet. haha. Its beautiful though and if it works as a skirt, thats cool! :P
I just discovered your blog today and would like to trade links
