I went to a local antique shop this morning and found this super cute blouse. It is a Penny Potter original, I tried looking for her online, but no sign of Penny Potter. It was on sale for $30 and it was 20% off! Good deal. This blouse is vintage it may have been made in the 30's or 40's, if someone knows please correct me. What I like about this blouse are the sleeves. They're see through and they're kind of puffy, I can't wait to wear it. I'm going to pair it with some skinny jeans, some pearls and a pair of black victorian inspired heels. Remember, don't be afraid of going into a consignment store, you might find some really cool things. Vintage is always in style. Take a look at the picture.
